Two car carports. Your room is new EVERYTHING!!! full size bed and Wi-Fi smart tv , nice size closet and small cabinet for clothes. Also a dual ottoman that serves as storage as well. Your own bathroom (Shower) right in your room complete with fridge/freezer and microwave.
Nonrefundable Deposit of 300.00 can be split into two payments for cleaning and any repairs. It’s really nice place to live peaceful and homey vibes.
30-day notice from me or you when moving out. Overnight GUEST. Lets talk about it first.

About the roomies
House is big for just 1 person. I work full time and have a dog named Coco. If your scent sensitive this might not be for you. I make candles to vend and sell every weekend at the farmers mkt . Most Wednesday’s I’m pouring candles..so the house smells good! I’m not allowing any pets. Coco is a Jack Russell and in prey mode. cats wont stand a chance. Other then that she’s the most friendly loving dog ever. I love music and I’m a huge TV person. I love to laugh and get dressed up on a occasion - I love people but also love my alone time.
