Lakeview home nestled in a quiet neighborhood with all females residence. Mother daughter and additional roommate downstairs. One friendly poodle. The bathroom will be shared with my daughter but she uses my bathroom in the master bedroom to shower all the time. The shower is yours only. The room is very comfortable and mildly decorated so you would need to bring your own bed. The room only has a futon but was used as a bed by previous renter. Washer and dryer is in the garage. You have full access’s to the kitchen. We are a quiet bunch and respect each others privacy. Any other question please feel free to ask.
