Hey All, looking to rent out a few of the bedrooms in my 5 bed 2 bath house. It’s a bi-level with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. 1 shared bathroom on each floor. Please excuse the mess in the photos (moving day). I will be living here, I work full time and love outdoor activities in my spare time. I’m an engineer and am a very tidy but easy to get along with. Please reach out and lets see if it’s a good fit.

Ideally I would like to get 2 or 3 tenants in the house. Rent would vary depending on the bedroom chosen but would be roughly 800-1000 (utilities not included).

Just me so far, a little about myself, I’m a 32 year old engineer that works full time. I enjoy pretty much all Colorado has to offer outdoor activity wise
