300 Neal Pl NE is a new apartment complex in Washington DC called Theory. This is the only apartment complex in DC with a 4bedroom and 4 bathroom, with co - living option the only thing is you have to move in with your own roommates so here I am looking for serious people only who believe in paying bills on time. When I met with the leasing office they let me know it would be roughly $1300 per person but I’m saying $1300-1500 to be safe, they said it’s a $500 security deposit and they have great deals going on now if moved in by May 31st, but moving in at that time isn’t required. Also, since this is a new complex when we move in we will be the 1st ones to occupy this space, meaning no one lived in the apartment before us we will be the 1st ones. I am in my career currently so I have a M-F/9-5 JOB. I wouldnt say I am the type of person who likes to be home often, when I am home I am quiet, clean and respectful of others space I am sociable but can be reserved, I am easy going, friendly, and I love paying my bills on time. I don’t have any pets or kids I’m single and just trying to take care of myself in this world 🙃
