David's room

The home is located in Kuna. It’s just 10-20 minutes from Meridian and Boise, and 5 minutes from the NLC College. The room sits at the front of the house with a street view. It has great natural light, a walk in closet, and is away from the living areas so it is peaceful and quiet. The one upstairs bathroom is shared with one other tenant, however there are dual vanities so you will have your own sink. The home is 3600 sq ft with 6 bedrooms. Presently two rooms are occupied, one by the owner and one by a tenant. Only looking to fill the 1-2 rooms at this time. Will have full access to all living areas, the kitchen, and brand new washer and dryer. All utilities are included besides cable.

Homeowner is retired and occupies the one room with his fiancé, both in their 60s, with the dog Bo. Two ducks occupy the backyard. One tenant happily rents a room for three years - it’s very much a family atmosphere here. The home is large, looking to share and give opportunity to anyone who needs a place to live, whether it is long term or short term. Open to all as long as you’re clean and respectful of the home. This room has been rented many times by men attending the Northwest Llineman College (NLC) and the notes attest to the warm and welcoming environment at the house!!
