Private room in home, shared bathroom with one girl. About 10 minutes from Downtown, 5 from CSUF. Full access to kitchen, laundry, common areas. Guests allowed, just give us a heads up if more than a couple people. Bills are not included, but they never come out to more than $50 to $150 a month.

2 girls, 1 guy. None of us are students, but we’re open to rooming with one! Easy to get along with, mostly keep to ourselves though. We’re all in and out of the house for work most of the week. There is a dog that is inside and outside, he’s very friendly, no one has ever had any issues with him.
