Hi friends. Renting out a room in the townhouse I’m renting. Landlords knows been renting it for 12 years. Couples are welcomed but rent will be 1200 instead. If it’s one person it’ll be 1000. Only 1 parking spot is included. Even for couples. Sorry I only have 1 to give. If you don’t want the parking spot I can drop the rent 1000 for couples and 850 for singles. There is shared bathroom with my sister and one more tenant. Both females. Washing is allowed one day of the week just because theres more of us.

It’s my fiancé , me my sister grandma and my coworker. It’s a 4 bedroom townhouse. We like to keep clean so be clean. We are all respectful. The lease is under our names so you’re renting under me so the rules are up to me. I’m pretty chill I just like people respecting my space. We also have 2 cats and a dog so you’ll have to be okay with pets.
