Savannah's room

I have a 2/2 condo now in boynton, looking for someone to move in May-June. Rent is 1300 with utilities already included in that price. The room does have a mounted tv, has one dresser, and a Queen size bed. Unit also has a washer and dryer and plenty of parking spaces. The neighborhood has a community pool, gym, tennis court, and valet trash collection.

A little bit about myself. I am 21 yrs old and I attend Florida Atlantic University. I am normally at school or work during the day and off on weekends. I am pretty to myself but would love to have a bond with whoever moves in. I am originally from Alexandria, Virginia and came to Florida about 3 years ago. I have no problem with drinking, smoking, guest; I just ask the condo stay as clean as possible and respectful!
