The room is large and newly furnished with tv and private bathroom. Room is located on the opposite side of the 1750 square foot condo. Area is beautiful with downtown Loveland only six minutes away. Shared kitchen which is fully stocked with cooking nessesities and pantry.
About the roomies
I am very clean and private. I have lived in Colorado since 1976. I have 1 small doggie who is always with me and will not bother you. I am looking for a long term renter who will enjoy my beautiful home.
