Welcome! We’re offering a cozy one-bedroom space in our home. Whether you prefer it partially furnished or unfurnished, this bedroom comes with its own private bathroom, complete with a bathtub. You’ll have the ground floor of our townhouse all to yourself, boasting a comfortable living area (marked ‘recreation room’ on the floorplan) and a parking spot in the community.

You’ll be sharing the kitchen and main floor space (shown in photos 5,6,7) with two other friendly roommates and their two cats.

As for the shared space; it’s a spacious, clean space with plenty of natural light pouring in through the windows. Plus, with wide and safe sidewalks right outside, you can enjoy leisurely strolls or bike rides in the neighborhood.

Plus, we’re conveniently close to Costco, Hmart, Whole Foods Market, Wegmans, various restaurants, Fair Oaks Mall, and major highways like Route 29 Lee Highway, I-66, and Route 286 Fairfax County Parkway.

Rent is $1,200, including utilities, with lease options available for 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.

Quick heads up—we’re not looking for tenants with pets or couples/families. This is more of a family-oriented home, where we prioritize a peaceful atmosphere and comfortable living. Therefore, we kindly ask that activities like loud parties or smoking are avoided within the house or immediate vicinity.

Another thing to note: We’re close to a fire station, so if you’re very sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit for you.

A little about us: We’re two siblings (my sister and I) in our late twenties—pretty easygoing and laid-back. We’ve got two adorable cats who pretty much keep to themselves.
