Close proximity to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and bars on MLK, Alberta, Killingsworth, and Dekum.

PCC Cascade and Peninsula Park are around a 15-minute stroll.

🏠 The Room:

The larger of two rooms conveniently located on the first floor, with a bathroom separating them:

Features a large north-facing window.

Spacious and bright.

Unfunrished (previous tenant may be willing to sell some furniture if you’re interested!)

Rent is $775 +utilities (internet, electricity, water - avergaing around $100-150 depending on season)

🛁 Amenities:

Bathroom with tub, sink, and bidet.

Large basement with ample storage space.

Unit washer and dryer.

Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove/oven, and large fridge.

Living/dining area with plenty of natural light. Side deck with pit fire and grill.

Garage with storage space (bikes and garden supplies) and parking for one car, plus plenty of on-street parking.

💰 Additional Details:

1-month security deposit required.

Move-in fees (first month rent + 1 month deposit = $1550)

One-time $350 pet fee (per pet).

Background check required (paid by tenant)

Move-in date: June 1st.

12-month lease; cosigning required.

Non-smoking house as per lease agreement.
