Grace's room

I have a 2 bed 2 bath duplex. I am currently occupying one of the bed and baths. I am looking for a working professional or student to fill the other room (Own room and space). I have one more year and looking to sign a 9 month lease with the landlord. It is a nice and clean place close to ECU campus. I have a washer and dryer in unit. Dish washer and a full kitchen. There is a nice front and backyard space as well. I have is a couch and a chair in the living room. I am barely home so there is not much decoration but I am open to adding more. In the other room there are two twin mattress that can be put together as a king or you can bring your own bed. There is also cubbies in the closet for extra storage space and a nice TV stand in there if wanted. The second bathroom splits the two rooms and is big. Nice size mirror and cabinet space. Standard shower and bathtub. Rent in total is 1200 (600 each), utilities not included. I have wifi set up which is 50 a month (25 each). The utility bill varies based on usage.

The landlord does not allow pets at the place. I am looking for someone to move in Sep 1st as I have to wait for the current person to move out. Please contact me if you are interested in learning more about the room and me!

ECU graduate student finishing up my last year. Graduating in May 2025. I currently have a two-bedroom two bath close to ECU campus and downtown. I work early mornings and am at school all day. I used to play college basketball so I am very competitive and active when I have time!
