My place a 2 bedroom apartment with a shard bathroom and furnished living room. I have 1 cat that is spayed and well mannered. I have seen her do well with other cats and tolerate dogs so if you have a dog or a cat I would like to slowly introduce them before they officially live together!

I am very clean and always pay rent on time. I want someone who is as responsible and as clean as I am. I value communication and honesty in a relationship so I would ask you to be honest with me when it comes to something bothering you around the place.
