Looking for a roommate to fill a room in my cute boho 3 BR townhome starting July 1st! Home is near Walmart on Old Forest, about 15 mins from LU. Lease term is 6 months minimum. $550/month including utilities (power/water/wifi). Can negotiate lease terms if you need to move in at the end of July or beginning of August. No pets. Visitors always welcome, except no men overnight please. House has a large projector that rolls down from the ceiling making for awesome movie nights!

I work full time across the street and am usually home in the evenings. Iā€™m an artist and I love coffee and gardening! My roommate is super sweet, she stays in her room most of the time.
