Rent includes two furnished bedrooms and one semi-private 1.5 bath (shared with occasional company). Also Includes access to the common areas and yard.
Included in rent are Spectrum internet and some streaming channels. There is no cable TV or phone landline.
Utilities not included are electric, Spectrum Cable (if joint decision to get). Renters insurance.
Resident eldery friendly dachshund and bluepoint siamese. No other pets at this time, please.
No alcohol, illegal substances. Credit and background check required. First/Last/Security.

I am an active, creative, and outgoing 73 year old retired female. Prefer retired, active, finacially secure female. Similar interests would be fantastic!
My favorite hobbies includes plants, painting anything that doesn’t move, photography, and many other crafts.
