About the room
It is a 3/2 condo. I have two rooms one furnished and one not. The furnished one has a twin size bed, a dresser, two night stands, and a rocking chair, and a wall length closet. The unfurnished one has a closet, and shares a wall with mine.
About the roomies
It is more of a residential setting. Majority of the people who live around me have children. It is set up like apartments, so there are neighbors above me and beside me on one side. I am hard of hearing. I am openly gay, and would like a person who is LGBT+ friendly. I get only two parking spots one for me and a spare one. Must be able to pass a background check for my HAO.
