My goal is to provide you with a fully livable space with amenities you can be proud of – while sharing it with me, of course. The only thing you need to worry about is paying rent and utilities on time, cleaning up after yourself and maintaining cleanliness of common areas, and being respectful.

My party days are long behind me and I am mostly a homebody (but looking to branch out more now that I live so close to the Orange circle). I don’t have company often, but when I do I will be very respectful and only expect the same from my future housemate.
