Quiet neighborhood right in the valley 15 min from Hollywood 20 min from Santa Monica beach 30 min from Malibu Restaurants/bars/mall movies, etc. within walking distance/ less than five minute drive I do social media and would be talking in my room frequently during the day. But I don’t mind loud noise I don’t work at night though so I would keep to myself. I’m very clean with my living areas/kitchen. I don’t smoke at all I don’t mind cannabis / hate cigarettes Prefer someone between 21-31 as a roommate You will have the Master bedroom with private bathroom attached with 2 closets Have balcony door attached to bedroom that leads out from your bedroom We would be sharing the common spaces, kitchen and living room. I already have living room furniture as far as couch accent chairs already have a dining room table. You would just need to furnish your own bathroom and bedroom like stuff super clean not a big fan of pets. 27 year-old graduated and my bachelors is from Cal San Marcos San Diego we located to LA for work looking to save money for our transition out to out of state would prefer a roommate that is clean knows how to be responsible pay bills on time, I’m a fun person. I tend to stick to myself and I’m gone most of the day home some nights , I work in entertainment business/music industry I’ve been living here for three years. I really like the place here Office days on top of maintenance neighbors are really nice. I like the area of restaurants, shopping mall, etc. everything you need is within less than a mile radius from the house part of the valley in my opinion.
