Bedroom and Bathroom are ““completely”” furnished in a Seaside Decor. You just need your clothes and soap!!. There is aTV hookup in your room if you have your own TV. You may also watch some TV w/me some times.Your rent includes TV service, computer, electric, water. That is all the charges accept your rent. There is a swim pool that is heated in the winter, a very large rec room where there are bingo and card games from time to time. The HOA gives Holiday parties in the REc room w/everything supplied in the food and drink category. No cost, just a gift t from them throughout the year. There are water Ponds w/fountains all throughout the Complex and w/benches throughout the complex— All very pretty and serine to look at. Peaceful and quiet here.
I am a quite busy retired female living in a Condo in the Altamonte Springs. Fl area. my Condo is 3/2, 1445 sq ft, screened porch w/table & chairs & plants. The roommate’s bed and bath are fully furnished with all that is needed. Has a Seaside decor’ in each room. No pets allowed accept for Service dogs. Friendly pople abound in the community.
