North Cathay Street

Our listing is one private guest room in a new build home with a lock and key and a private bathroom directly across the hall. The bedroom has a full size closet available along with a full size bed and nightstands.

Cleaning supplies and an in-unit washer/ dryer are provided along with bedding, towels, and plenty of closet space. Our listing price is a flat rate that does include utilities ($1000/ month).

There is plenty of street parking and the area is quiet and safe. We are 5 miles from the airport (no airplane noise) and less than 15 miles from downtown Denver.

My fiancé and I are in our later 20s, looking for a roommate (preferably female and similar in age). We met in college in Missouri and moved to Colorado together. I’m a pediatric nurse and he works in supply chain. We have two very friendly cats, therefore we would not accept an applicant with a dog. We’re huge foodies but also enjoy an active lifestyle. We’re more party goers than party throwers and we’re looking for a roommate who is similar. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We are currently in the process of changing some of the bedroom furniture as well!
