The available room is 11.5ft x 10.5ft with 8ft closet, 2 windows, 8ft+ high ceiling, wood floor, and locking door.

I am 40 yrs old, I am active, silly, adventurous, as well as mature, calm, patient. I will be cooking(vegetarian) a lot, playing records, games, dancing, gardening, having friends over, going out, building something, working from home 1/2 the time, discussing the nuances of anything/everything, and watching movies.
