This is a new room. I used to store my computer and luggage there. The small room is used as a warehouse to store luggage, and the room is located on the second floor. I currently have one roommate and she is Asian and keeps it clean. There is a private sink and you will use a shared bathroom. There is a private parking lot. The price includes all internet waste, water, sewage, etc. And there are plenty of storage closets to allow ample use of personal items.

I want someone who has a steady income and can live on for a year. It would be better if you were in your 30s or older, but even in your 20s, if you have a stable income, you are welcome.

There is a small silky terrier on the first floor, and he really likes people. I hope he becomes a future resident who likes dogs.
