Rent is $900 + $300 non-refundable deposit, includes Power, Internet, Mailbox and Gate keys, Water/Sewer/Trash fees, pool access, gym & uncovered parking. 1 small dog ok as I have small chihuahuas. You must provide verifiable references and your own background check. Lease good through 12/31/24 (or longer). Willing to revisit lease terms from 1/1/25 through 5/31/2025 at no additional increase.
