About the room
Located in Minneola, FL. Right off of the Turnpike (Hancock exit). Wifi and water included. Power will be based on usage. Access to all common areas, and full fridge and freezer (it’s our garage unit). Looking for:
- Employed (with proof of paystubs)
- Non-smoker (we don’t smoke)
- No pets (we don’t have any pets)
- No Couples (you have have the occasional overnight guest) A background check will be run. Deposit (equal to 1 month rent) and 1st months rent due at signing. If you’re interested, I’m happy to send photos :)
