Tiffany's room

We have a large room in our house for rent located on the first floor. You will be sharing the downstairs bathroom, toilet and sink only. The shower will only be for you. You will also share the common spaces (living room, kitchen, and dining room). The room is furnished with a queen bed with adjustable base, stand up dresser, nightstands/lamps, full access to the bedroom closet, and a smart TV. There is space for a bookshelf or desk if you wish to bring one. We can remove a nightstand/lamp to make additional space if needed. You are allowed to hang things using command strips only. No nails, tacks, or screws are allowed to be used. We provide internet, all utilities, all kitchen appliances/utensils, pots/pans, plates, drinkware, toilet paper, soap/cleaning products, and filtered drinking water. A spot will be cleared in the fridge and pantry for you to use. Washer/Dryer is on the second floor. No children, pets/animals, or vaping/smoking (cannabis/cigarettes) allowed. No guests or overnight guests. On-street parking is available. We are close to the highway, grocery stores, and Olympic College.

You will be sharing the 1st floor with me, my husband, and our 2 children (ages 16 & 4). We are friendly, clean, and organized people. Both my husband and I work from home. We love cooking, watching soccer, enjoying the outdoors, going fishing, and watching movies with our children. We do require a background and credit check for all roommates. No criminal background or evictions. We ask that the room be kept somewhat clean and that you pick up after yourself. The lease will start after the first 30 days. The initial 30 days are to determine if it will be a good fit for both parties. The minimum lease would be for 3 months. Length of lease can be discussed prior to moving in.
