Sophia's room

Hello, my name is Sophie. I have a smaller room for rent $750 a month plus your portion of utilities which would be half. Or I have the master bedroom for rent and that would be $1050 a month plus utilities which is half. The master bedroom has a full bath, walk in closet and is big enough to fit three people (if you have a small family might be a good fit.)

There is in unit laundry. Bills you would have to help with would be gas, electric and trash. The kitchen, living room ECT would be shared. Drug free and smoke free home. And I am willing to discuss room mate expectations if interested. I.e. people coming over, chores, ect.

A little about me, I have two kids and a dog. She is a intact doodle breed because I can’t tolerate other animals due to allergies. She is well groomed and trained. I am willing to consider other animals if they are a hypoallergenic breed. I work a full time job, I am clean and just looking for a respectable room mate that can pay their rent on time and pass a background check.
