Room for rent. It’s a 4 bedroom 2 bath house. Unfurnished bedroom, shared bathroom, and full use of living room, dining room, washer, dryer, and kitchen. Electric, water, trash, lawn care, and internet included. There is also a big fourth bedroom with separate side entrance that can be used (office, storage, or guest room for any family or guests visiting). Nice quiet neighborhood in Spring Hill 34609 and .06 mile from Veterans Express and the Suncoast Trail. There is one dog 🐕 , so no other pets are are being accepted. The rent is $850 a month. If you are interested, you will apply with the landlord for credit check and background check thru Zillow. You cannot have any past evictions. You will need first month rent (prorated on move in) and additional $850 which go toward your last month rent. Available June 1 2024. We believe in God, Family, Country, and Freedom in this house.
