About the room
Beautiful Large 3 bedroom House in the Whitehaven area Memphis. Also, Two bathrooms, nice kitchen, living room, and TV open room, and good parking, ..with large front yard, side yard, large backyard. Also, Cable TV, Internet, Wifi, is not included in the rent. ✓ This is a good, great, safe, comfortable, and yes, clean environment. You are free to mingle, or just stay to yourself. No problem.
I say this because of keeping everyone safe, .. If the police has to be called on you, or your guest, .. Yes, You will have to leave the house/ property.
✓Only during the winter months allowing pets in the house ! The house has been sprayed for roaches, and fleas, ..etc
@ Your stay here depends on your attitude, cleanliness, and your paying your bills on time.
