East 265th Street

Single small room upstairs, cozy with one window, unfurnished at present. Has own thermostat for heating, but cooling is handled from a central thermostat. Shared bathroom with another tenant includes full tub (looks like a Jacuzzi but have never figured out how to turn it on) and standing shower.

Shared kitchen and living spaces downstairs, with washer and dryer also. Property is very close to the lake but has no direct access - there are great parks nearby.

Close to Downtown Euclid, many nearby shops, and close access to freeways.

We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so really don’t have the space for any more unfortunately.

Smoking only allowed outside.

Roomie 1: Myself, trans lesbian, unemployed due to disability so I’m home most of the time and take care of the first floor cleaning. Roomie 2: My wife, who works 2 days a week from home and 3 days in the office and is always home weekends. We live primarily on the first floor. Roomie 3: Trans man, lives in the other upstairs room. Generally works Mon-Fri as a pharmacy tech. Room 4: Male, lives in our basement, works at the local giant eagle, so schedule is dependent on his hours.
