• Month-to-month lease agreement: 9 months left in the lease. I am looking for someone who plans to stay at least 6 months or more.
• $875 per month, including utilities, a $500 security deposit, unfurnished, and a visitor car parking tag provided for your car.
• Shared bathroom with one roommate, shared kitchen access (light cooking preferred with proper cleaning after usage), in-unit laundry.
• The furnished living room will be used mindfully amongst roommates due to privacy and noise reasons; a balcony is there.
• This accommodation is for one individual only. Occasional guests with no drama are fine.
