the place is a 2bd, 1.5 bath, and both rooms would be available. each room has its own walk-in closet and attached bathroom. the full bath though can also be accessed from the hallway (two doors). there’s laundry on site as well as a washateria across the street. the complex is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves.

the rent price listed is for the full unit and includes water/electric. the water is fixed but electric can vary, so $600 is inflated to reflect the high end.

the reason i’m looking to rent it out is because i have to move back home (out of state) immediately and they likely are not going to let me out of my lease early. if that’s the case (nothing is certain yet) my roommate would only stay another month or two before moving out as well. i’d rather not have the property sit empty while i’m away though, so i’m offering discounted rent, with included utilities, in exchange for having you look after the place. my idea of looking after the place is nothing extravagant either, it’s literally just living in it, so the place is seeing use rather than decaying and so that there’s someone here in case of maintenance issues or anything that may require someone talking to the complex staff in person. also, with my name on the lease you do not have to worry about meeting the renting qualifications by yourself as my income will also be listed.

i’m only renting out the unit as a whole, so you would have it to yourself, but if you are moving with someone such as a boyfriend/girlfriend, or roommate that works too. animals are welcome, but because it’s an upstairs unit, they don’t want any large dogs.
