Southwest 49th Street

We’re located right next to a Safeway and Dutch bros, with a bus going right by the apartment and straight to campus in 11 minutes twice an hour. We so have a pool and gym free for residents to use, pet rent is available, and management is chill. The room has about 150 square feet with a closet. Utilities are an average of $35 (depends on the season)

There are two people who will be living here past June: me and Yana (also an orange cat who’s timid but friendly). Sometimes we share food like homemade bread and have movie nights, and household expenses are usually split, but mostly we’re private, eat our own food, etc. Let me know if you’re interested!
