Welcome home to your comfortably carpeted, spacious bedroom retreat with large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, plantation shutters, and en suite bath! The home has a lovely dining area and well appointed kitchen with refrigerator with ice maker, glass top induction stove and convection oven, and dishwasher. The living room is more than large enough for 2 independent seating areas, or a seating area and formal dining area next to the built in buffet. There are 2 ceiling fans in the living room for additional comfort. Privacy is afforded with each of the 2 bedrooms being on the opposite end of the house. The lanai includes a table and chairs, plus a NordicTrak treadmill that you are welcome to use as long as you take care to not damage it and keep it clean. The same applies to the washer and dryer. There is a covered patio where you can relax in your lawn chair and enjoy the outdoors. Potted plants are also welcome!

Mutual respect, consideration, and honesty are given, and required in return, in this positive, peaceful home. Shared cooking and meals, watching movies together, games, and socialization are welcome, as well as quiet solitude and undisturbed sleep time for all.

You get to furnish your bedroom to suit your own taste and personal style, however, no waterbeds allowed. If you have furniture for common areas, we can discuss its potential use and arrangement.

Absolutely no illicit drugs or cannabis of any kind allowed due to allergy, and no habitual drinking or drunkenness allowed. There can be no smoking inside the house, lanai, or laundry room.
