Furnished room on second level in a beautiful fully furnished house. Great safe neighborhood! The house has two living rooms, and two bathrooms to share. The house also has a really large backyard with a covered patio. Laundry room is free to use, as well as the coffee bar! There’s parking in the driveway and on the street.

We have one tenant living in the house right now, he occupies one room and shares it with his daughter. They are mostly never home but great and respectful roommates.
