Private room for rent - Price is negotiable - water, electricity, and wifi included. We live in Fort Lauderdale in a 2bed 1 bath duplex house and am looking for a roommate. It has a sofa bed that converts into a full size bed with underbed storage. A full closet, 2 storage units that also serve as a stand for a TV that comes equiped with a ruko device. ~subscription services not included but can talk about that. There is also a brandnew mini fridge in room. Shared spaces will include living room - 2 egg chairs and a full size table Kitchen - stove, main fridge and 2 added counters Bathroom - full tub and shower with handicap showerhead. Note: Our lease ends in october. We are looking at moving out of state and are there for packing the house. Looking for a short term roommmate to help split rent while we prep for move.

Current Household: Me, 23f and my fiance 25m and our poodle. Lifestyles. I am disabled and work from home, my fiance works in security. We want someone who is good with conversation and establishing expectations covering guest, noise levels ect. This is so that we can all be happy in a joint living space.
