One Bedroom is furnished for $850 closet inside room, inside bathroom there is another closet with shelves, under sink has cabinets. One Bedroom is unfurnished for $750. washer and dryer available. access to kitchen to cook and living room area. Nice and Peaceful fenced backyard with a gorgeous view with cows and a horse. Safe, nice and quiet neighborhood. There is a playground and a Basketbal hoop. Publix, restaurants, park & I75 are very close by. I own 2 friendly small size dogs people.
About the roomies
Weekends we are out and about. Spend my day off at home cleaning up/laundry running errands. Non smoker. I dont do drugs and no parties at home. Im easy going. Would like someone that is Responsible, Respectful, Considerate, non smoker, no drugs. No visitors and no sleep overs please. I prefer a person who likes to clean after itself by-weekly if not Iām Willing to clean up the room and bathroom for a upcharge fee of $40 every other week.
