The view is gorgeous overlooking the bay and our backyard garden. Muni is a 2-block walking distance and 2 minutes away from the 101 and 280 freeway if you drive. Room features: approximately 10 x 12 feet with large closet space that is 6 feet wide by 8 feet tall by 2.5 feet deep with built-in dresser drawers at one end and hanging space at the other end and top storage shelf. It has hardwood floors and the walls are newly painted and clean. Your room is away from the street side and overlooking the backyard garden and bay. It currently has a new Ikea bedframe and a recently purchased mattress but can be changed to unfurnished if you prefer. The residence is a great stand-alone home that is well maintained and modernized with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, an updated kitchen, and an open-spaced dining room to a living room area. The lower level garage is partitioned into my artist’s workspace, with a temporary guest room and lots of storage space, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and utility sink.
