I live in a beautiful 4 bedroom house in the hills in a Safe neighborhood The house has a family room with large TV, shared kitchen with dishes silverware pots and pans provided. There is a washer and dryer on site. Also two refrigerators , three bathrooms Formal parlour and dining room. kitchen refrigerator and stove are new Large backyard., ample street parking . The private furnished room is beautifully decorated with a view. it is right next to a shared bathroom with a tub and shower The room has a double bed, large table, bookcase, chester drawers and closet. Mirrors are on the closet doors . Minimum stay is three months. Rules, no smoking, marijuana, problem drinkers, pets or overnight visitors. Adult household only. Background check required at applicants expense. 30 day probation period
There are three of us in this house. I have been renting it out for 10 years. We are friendly, helpful and very independent. In order to live here you must have your own transportation, a job and reference. Wade has lived there for 4 years Sue for two. We are looking for a special responsible quiet person to fit in with us. We are non political and go to church.
