2 rooms in a 3-bedroom apartment are available in the arts district. There are tons of great restaurants and so much more within walking distance. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk, too.

For now it’s just me living in the apartment. I’m an instructional assistant for special education at an elementary school. I like to keep things chill at home, so people who feel likewise would be preferable. I am a night owl for the most part, but I try to keep noise at a minimum.
