Seeking roommate for guest bedrooms. New home conveniently located about 3 miles from I - 4 off of Hwy 27. Roommate bedroom is upstairs while owner’s bedroom is located separately downstairs. Loft upstairs is available as living room for roommates with a refrigerator, microwave, sofa, projector TV, large ceiling fan with light. Bedrooms are available furnished or unfurnished. Bathroom has dual sinks and shared only if multiple rooms end up occupied. Bathroom is not shared if one roommate lives upstairs. Driveway parking is available. Internet, Electricity, Trash pickup, and Water included in rent. Seeking responsible and friendly roommates. No smoking or drugs in the home. Guests should be pre-approved in advance and no overnight guests with potential exceptions on case by case basis. Rules will be agreed upon before accepting roommates. Background check will be required upon acceptance of roommates. Resort style pool and clubhouse with a gym will be completed soon and roommates can have access to them if desired.

Owners will offer a friendly partnership and home like feel for roommate(s). Floorplan is split so owners will not interfere with roommate(s) regularly. Owners are a straight married couple in our 30’s/40’s working regulary. We do our own thing and stay pretty busy.
