Robert's room

5 bed room home with a large front patio and a large back patio. The room is on the sencond story. You get Access to wash room which is also on the second floor. The bathroom would be shared with my daughter. The bath room has dual sinks. I can only rent to a responsible female due to the fact that the renter will be sharing a bathroom with one of my kids. Utilities are included, I’ll need first, last and deposit. $1400 to move in. I do have a full size bed in the room that you can use if you’d like. I still need to do a little more cleaning and shampoo the carpet so please excuse the mess
