Adrienne's room

Available starting June 1st (or possibly 1-2 weeks earlier), for ladies only. a private bedroom and bathroom in a spacious (1,100 sqft) East Side Costa Mesa apartment. The space features a large bedroom with a roomy closet and private bathroom. Laundry is in unit, and there is a 2-car, private garage that we share under our unit (great for storage or parking) with off street parking as well. The apartment has a spacious kitchen, dining/living room with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and balcony. Rent is $1400 plus utilities and is a month to month lease, with a commitment of at least 6 months. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished.

You would be sharing the apartment with me + my boyfriend, both in our late 20’s/early 30’s. He is in town 6-8 months out of the year. We are very easy going people who spend most of our time outside, exploring the area, and working in office/from coffee shops.
