Hello All! Me and my roommate are looking to rent a room in our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 2 story townhome.

The room: Spacious and gets the most light in the house, perfect if you are a plant person. Has a big 2 sliding door closet. There is one full bathroom that you would be sharing, however, the other roommate works early and it has never been an issue. There is also a guest bathroom down stairs. Room comes with your own parking spot!

Community have a big pool and jazcuzzi, lots of big trees, grass hills, and walking paths. House has in unit w/d, front patio and back patio with gate that leads out into a big grass field. Our neighbors are quiet, sweet, and friendly.

Walking distance to restaurants/grocery stores/hiking trails/laguna niguel lake. 5-10 minute drive to beaches. 5-10 minute drive to Dana point, 10 minute drive to laguna beach.

About us: We are two people in our 30’s that have been great friends for 10+ years. I work for a pediatric occupational therapy clinic and he is a landscaper. We would love to find someone who is open minded and easy going. We want who ever moves in to feel comfortable and feel at home as well. 420 and LBGTQ+ friendly
