Room is in a brand new construction apartment style complex. Unit is gated and fenced off. Safe area, only about a quarter mile from the Compton Police Station and City Hall, complex has security cameras. Right next to Rosecrans, metro Blue Line, 710, 91, and 405 for easy commute access.

7 minute drive to Compton College, 12 minute drive to East Los Angeles College South (ELACC) and California State University Dominguez Hill (CSUDH), and 20 minute drive to El Camino College (ECC), Cerritos Community College (CCC), and Long Beach City College (LBCC). 5 minute drive to Walmart, Target, ALDI’s, home depot, etc.

Would prefer students/working professionals with clean lifestyle.
