Short term rental for a furnished Master bedroom available in a 3 bedroom townhouse starting in JUNE!!! All utilities will be included as well.

At the corner of Hwy 74 and I-485. 12 miles south of Charlotte.

• The main level has an open-concept creating a bright and airy kitchen with a huge quartz island, plenty of cabinets and a pantry for storage.
• Everyday conveniences like COSTCO, Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Lidl, Aldi, Walmart, Walgreen, Post office, FedEx, DMV, Toyota Dealer, fitness center, and Matthews Furniture Outlet and Consignment within 3 miles away.
• If you’re looking to get outdoors, you can head over to Crooked Creek Park. Or head to Downtown Matthews for local shops and dining options. Room pics are from the model house for the common area but house will come furnished.

I’ll be staying there and another tenant as well. Both of us work in tech and he’s a wfh guys so mostly keeps to himself and we are pretty clean and like to go out on the weekends.
