3 FURNISHED ROOMS WITH A SHARED BATH FOR RENT IN A PRIVATE HOME. Hello, I have 3 furnished rooms, two large rooms, and one extra-large room available for rent with a shared bath in my single-family home. The home is security-monitored and offers a comfortable place to live that is safe, relaxed, drama-free, quiet, and friendly. My house is in Valrico near Hwy 60 and close to all major cross streets, highways, shopping, and restaurants. I am looking for non-smoking female-only roommates who are friendly easy-going professionals responsible, stable, dependable, and trustworthy who are gainfully employed with a high probability of continued employment.

The monthly rent for the large-sized rooms is $875 each with a $875 Security Deposit that is refundable (less background and employment verification fees, no application fee). The largest room is renting for $1000 with a $1000 Security Deposit. Rent includes Water, Electric, Internet, Sewage, and Garbage – no storage or garage excess and no hidden extras. Food, maid service, toiletries, and other personal items are not included. Rent is due on the 1st of each rental month – No Exceptions. The rental is on a month-to-month basis with a minimum of 6-month commitment. Background and employment verification will be completed. Proof of income is required (2 recent paycheck stubs). Those with a criminal background need not apply. No pets, alcoholics (moderate drinkers are fine), overnight guests, couples, and no work-from-home applicants, please.
