North Tuxedo Avenue

This is a split level house. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The three bedrooms upstairs are currently occupied. The lowest level of the house has a bedroom and it’s own bathroom. Adjacent to the room is a tv room, referred to as the den, a bar and outside fenced in yard.

The house has a pool, grill, garage gym, outdoor rig, laundry room, extra fridge and a parachute rack if needed.

Majority of people who have lived in this house are in the skydive community.

At present, there is one male who works at the drop zone, laid back, fitness and adrenaline guru.

A female working for the county, also into health and wellness. Her side kick is Bella, the Mohawk medium sized chunker. One of two small dogs.

Then there’s me, the owner of the house. I’m a personal trainer, fitness freak and wannabe skydive extraordinaire. My children were brought back from Trinidad with me. Brownie is a small pot hound and Sir Roosevelt is the most popular cat in the neighborhood.

It’s a fun house, low key vibes. There’s more than enough space for one more. We all have different / long schedules so never get in eachother way, but always get along!
