Currently Unfurnished + Unfinished 400-450sqft Basement w/ Washer & Dryer. A quiet block in a quaint neighborhood 2 blocks from MFL Yoga Studios, Juice Bar, Dog Park, Grocery Store, Thrift Stores Pet Friendly –> Case by Case

The 2 Young professional gentleman living here are looking for someone to share their new home with. Both young men work around the clock, when they are home they like to unwind with music, drinks, 420 and laughter. Plans to make the living room the recording studio and settle the dining room into an area for podcasting. Ideally an independent student or artist/creative You’ll have to be okay with:

• Creative Sessions {1 roommate is an artist}
• 420…lots of it -Washer/Dryer in your living space -Shared Fridge {things can be labeled} -Registered Gun
• Bathroom in Master Bedroom

I will be renovating the basement over the next few months…new floors, smooth walls, a bathroom and possibly raising the ceiling.
