It’s a great spot, 2nd floor, in the middle of the complex, right near the mailboxes, pool, etc. I need someone to take over the lease. I moved states and no longer reside there.
It’s been a great place for me, and is probably the best place in the area that’s good for a budget. It has an in unit washer / dryer, full kitchen, your own bathroom, a balcony; and a ton of amenities.
It comes furnished with a dresser, a night stand, a twin bed, a desk, a closet, and chairs.
About the roomies
There are 3 guys living there as well, all 30+ and all have jobs / are PHD students. They are all clean, quiet, and respectful!
