My roommate (30F) and I (29F) are looking for a roommate to fill the third bedroom (2nd photo in listing) in our centrally located Ipswich apartment. The recently updated unit is a second floor walk up with in-unit washer/dryer. The apartment is walking distance from cafes and restaurants, shops, and the commuter rail station and is located 5 miles from Crane Beach. Rent is $833/month + utilities.
Off street parking included. This is a non-smoking property and tenants must complete a credit check (650+ accepted). Must be LGBTQ+ friendly.
About the roomies
We’re two women in our late twenties looking for a roommate in their 20s or 30s. We are both tidy and keep the common spaces clean. We are both librarians so we love to read and enjoy our quiet time as well hitting the beach and watching shows together (bonus points if you’re a Star Wars or House of the Dragon fan :)). We have occasional visitors and overnight guests.
